How do I send out digital forms and contracts to my staff for completion and signing?

Summary

llama.id has integrated digital form capabilities for employers and employees. Within llama.id you can complete onboarding forms digitally. You are instantly notified of the forms being approved and you have the ability to download a PDF copy at any point.

This also includes digital contract signing and digital PDF forms. This works well for standard onboarding forms such as HMRC new starter forms.

Your digital forms will always be stored in your employees profile, so it is always available to review at any point.

How to add and request digital forms to be completed?

The process is very simple. Once your organisations has been onboarded and you have curated and confirmed your digital forms and contracts, they will be available for you to use in the invite process in llama.id

How to add them to the invite?

  • When you have clicked invite
  • Added the personal information of the employee you are inviting
  • When you are at the checks page you will see digital onboarding forms

  • To add a form to the check you simply need to click the circles next to the form to add them
  • If you have made a mistake at any point in the invite process you can go back and untick them

  • When you are happy with the forms and the general invite you can review everything in the summary screen
  • Click invite and the digital forms are then requested for your employee to complete
  • They just need to log into llama.id and complete the forms
  • You will be notified as soon as they have been completed
