Summary
llama.id has integrated digital form capabilities for employers and employees. Within llama.id you can complete onboarding forms digitally. You are instantly notified of the forms being approved and you have the ability to download a PDF copy.
Your digital forms will always be stored in your profile, so it is always available to review at any point.
How do I complete my digital forms?
When you have been requested to complete digital onboarding forms you need to follow the next steps. Our system will inform you of the relevant fields you need to complete to ensure there are no errors.
- Log into llama.id
- Go to 'checks requested'
- click on the organisation that you are working for
- Go to onboarding forms tile
- Click on the digital forms you have been requested to complete
- You will be presented with the digital form
- Complete the relevant fields
- Sign the form with your mouse (finger if on mobile)
- Submit the form
- This will then update to 'submitted'
- When the organisation has reviewed and approved the form you will be notified of it being completed
- You can then see the status as completed
- Click into form and you will be able to download
At this point you can see the download PDF option on the top of the page. By clicking this it will download a PDF copy of the form to your device. The form will always be stored in your profile to review at any point.
