NON-UK resident/ overseas - right to work check

Modified on Wed, 16 Oct at 2:54 PM

If you are a NON - UK resident you will be required to provide your share code and ID document (Passport or Biometric Residence Permit) to prove to your hiring organisation that you have the right to work in the UK. If you do not have a share code then please speak to your hiring organisation/ employer as they may need to conduct an alternative check.

How do I complete my right to work check?

When you have finished your right to work check, the status will show as pending. This means the check is with your hiring organisation to approve and complete the share code check. When your right to work check has been approved it will show as completed.
