If you have forgotten your password to get into your account following this process
Go to https://app-2.llama.id/
Click on login

Click forgotten password
Enter the email address you used to create your account
Submit reset password request

Go to your inbox
Click the reset password link
Enter your new password
Re-enter your new password to confirm
Save the new password
Go to https://app-2.llama.id/
Log in with your new password
