IDSP statuses in llama
We use a traffic light system to display the outcome of the IDSP check.
TFIDA: RTW - IDSP check type for Right to work in the UK. This appears on the candidates profile so organisations can clearly see whether the check has passed IDSP.
Documents required for this check: Valid UK/ Irish in date passport.
TFIDA: DBS - IDSP check type for DBS ID verification's. This appears on the candidates profile so organisations can clearly see whether the check has passed IDSP.
Documents required for this check: Valid UK/ Irish in date passport and a valid driving licence in the candidates current address.
Green status - This means the check has been completed to a high confidence level and the employer can witness the documents without having to see the physical document.
Amber status - This means the check has been not been completed to a confidence level that can pass against right to work or DBS legislation. The employer will need to witness the documents through the face to face checking process.
RTW and Digital ID Statuses
This means the outcome of the IDSP check was compliant for Right to work and DBS ID verification. No additional documents will be needed for the DBS application and you will not need to see the physical document.
This means that the outcome of the IDSP check was compliant for Right to work and but not for DBS ID verification. A digital Right to work ID process can be followed but two supporting documents will be needed for the DBS application.
This means that the outcome of the IDSP check was not compliant for Right to work and DBS ID verification and a full manual checking process needs to be completed.
