Summary
llama.id gives employers the simplest way to constantly request more checks and collect more data from their employees. By using your existing llama id, employers can request top-up checks at any point in your process.
You will receive an email and notification in llama.id when additional checks have been requested.
Upon receiving this email all you need to do is log in to llama.id and review the additional checks required.
How will I know what checks need to be completed?
When you have been requested to complete additional checks follow this process:
- Log into llama.id
- Go to 'checks requested' page
- Click on the organisation that has requested additional check
- Review the checks requested page
- Any checks with "Get started" means that you need to either complete the check again, or add additional information
- Go into each check that is "Not Completed" and complete the relevant information
- The organisation will be notified when you have completed the information
