Summary
If you have been requested to complete checks for your employer, you can follow this guidance on how to create an account with llama.id.
If you have not received a secure invite link, you can ask your employer to resend the invite email or text message again, so you can create the account.
- When your employer invites you to complete checks you will receive an email and a text message (text message is optional)
- The email and text message will provide you with a secure link to create an account
- Click the link and it will take you to the following screen
- Enter your email address
- If your email address has a valid inbox it will be approved
- If your email address that you enter does not have a valid inbox you will be notified that this email cannot be used

- Please add another email address if this is the case
- Then you will need to enter a password that complies with our password policies
- Your account will be created
- Now you need to go to log in
- Enter your email and password
- You will then enter the registration process
- You need to complete the registration details
- If you are a teacher and have a TRA then click you are a teacher
- If you are not a teacher click the 'other staff' option
- You will then now have completed the onboarding flow and you will be presented with the GDPR policies you need to approve to connect to their organisation. You can review more about secure data connections with your employer here.
