How do I submit my qualifications for my employer?

Summary

As an employee you might be asked to upload qualifications for your employer to review. It's a very simple process. Please ensure before starting the process that you have digital copies of your required qualifications, so you can upload them with the relevant information.

How to submit my qualifications for my employer?

Log into llama.id here: https://app-2.llama.id/user/login
Go to 'My Checks'
Click on the relevant employer
You will then see your check
Click 'Get Started' on the qualification check
You will see the qualifications you need to upload

You will then be able to upload the qualification
You will need to complete the additional qualification information in the form before you can submit
Click save qualification
Make sure all qualifications are completed
Then click submit qualifications
This will notify your employer immediately

What should I do if my employer has rejected my qualification?

Sometimes there can be human errors, and employers might reject the document and provide feedback regarding your qualification. You can go back into llama.id to update the qualification and resubmit back to your organisation. Follow this guidance on how to update your submissions.
