How do I submit additional documents for my employer?

As an employee you might be asked to upload additional documents for your employer to review. Its very simple process. Please ensure before starting your process you have digital copies of your required additional documents, so you can upload them with the relevant information.

How to submit my additional documents for my employer?

Log into llama.id here https://app-2.llama.id/user/login
Go to my checks
Click on the relevant employer
You will then see your check
Click get started on the additional document check
You will see the additional documents you need to upload

You will then be able to upload the additional document
Click save additional document
Make sure all additional documents are completed
Then click submit additional document
This will notify your employer immediately

What should I do if my employer has rejected my additional document ?

Sometimes there can be human errors or mistakes and employers might reject the document and provide feedback regarding your additional document . You can go back into llama.id to update the additional document and resubmit back to your organisation. Follow this guidance on how to update your submissions.
