How to upload additional documents for an employee

Summary

This guidance runs you through how to add additional documents to the employees profile if they have been unable to upload the documents themselves

 

How to upload the additional documents?

  • After you have sent the invite out for the employee and added the relevant additional documents, you can run through this process
  • Go to the users profile in llama.id
  • You will see an upload icon next to the additional document section
  • Click the 'upload file' icon
  • You will then see the additional documents you have requested to be submitted.

  • Click 'upload additional document' 
  • You will then need to enter the additional document information
  • After completing the information and uploading the document
  • Submit all the additional documents by clicking save
  • Then click submit additional documents

  • You will receive an email and notification to approve the additional documents that you have uploaded
  • Go to the employees profile and click on the additional document section
  • Click on approve/feedback here
  • Then click 'approve' on the additional documents
  • This will update the status to completed on the profile
