Summary
llama.id is automatically connected to the DBS Update Service, which means you no longer have to run manual reports. With this simple guide you can ensure you automate your checks and be instantly updated to changes of an individual's criminal status.
You can review how employees can upload their DBS certificate in llama.id here. As soon as they upload, you are notified instantly and the DBS Update Service status will be available.
How will I be notified?
When your employee uploads a DBS you will receive an email and a dashboard notification. You can click through to the employees profile to view DBS information in multiple places, and check the DBS Update Service status.
You can view DBS certificate information in multiple places. This shows the DBS certificate information which you can review along side the DBS certificate documents
