This guidance runs you through how to add qualifications to the employees profile if they have been unable to upload the documents themselves.
How to upload the qualifications?
- After you have sent the invite for the employee and added the relevant qualifications you can run through this process
- Go to the user's profile in llama.id
- You will see an upload icon next to the qualification section
- Click the 'upload file' icon
- You will then see the qualifications you have requested to be submitted.
- Click 'upload qualification'
- You will then need to enter the qualification information
- After completing the information and uploading the document
- Submit all the qualifications by clicking save
- Then click submit qualifications
- You will receive an email and notification to approve the qualifications that you have uploaded
- Go to the employees profile and click on the qualification section
- Click on approve/feedback here
- Then click 'approve' on the qualifications
- This will update the status to "completed" on the profile
