Once you have submitted your references to your employer, after they review them, they may need additional information or for references to be updated. Employers can reject references and this will enable you to review feedback and update the relevant information.
How do you update references that have been rejected?
- Log into llama.id
- Go to 'checks requested'
- Click on the references check
- Click into the reference tiles
- You will see the references that have been rejected. Click the 'edit' button to update the reference
- You can view the feedback from the organisation on what you need to update
- Click 'edit' on the reference to update any information
- Then resubmit to the organisation
