Summary

llama.id provides professionals with a secure career passport that they can share with future employers. This reduces hiring time by nearly 90% as employees existing data has already been collected and verified by government databases, bureaus, and previous employers.

Employees have full control who sees their data and who actively can view their data.

What new employers can see?

  • Profile information (contact details and job titles)
  • RTW to work and ID verifications
  • Qualifications and additional documents
  • DBS update service checks and DBS certificates
  • Non-confidential references from previous employers
  • Completed training modules
  • TRA checks (if required)
  • If they are a teacher this also shares single central record data with the new employer

As an organisation you will then simply need to review which additional information, if any, you require in order to employ the user.

How will I know that I have had a profile shared with me and what do I need to do?

  • You will receive a notification and email that an individual has shared their record with you
  • Their data will automatically be synchronised with your system.

  • The employee will be notified that they are connected to your organisation
  • You can disconnect this employee from your organisation at any point
