My certificate hasn't arrived, how can I contact DBS?

Your DBS will be posted to the current address you entered in your DBS application. This takes around 5 days on average. 


Please be aware llama.id has no control or involvement in the postal process of DBS applications. Any questions or re-issuing of DBS applications need to be resolved with the DBS directly.
