My certificate hasn't arrived, how can I contact DBS?

Your DBS will be posted to the current address you entered on your DBS application. This takes around 5 days on average. 


Please be aware, Llama ID has no control or involvement in the postal process of DBS applications. Any questions or if you need a re print of your DBS, will need to be resolved with the DBS directly.
