Summary
When you have submitted your DBS application there might be errors that you need to fix before we can submit this to the DBS service. You can fix these by following this guidance.
When you have DBS errors you will see a dashboard notification in your dashboard and you will also be sent an email to log into llama.id and fix the issues.
There are two places where you can click to resolve your errors:
- You can go to my checks
- you will see the option to Fix errors
- click that option
- You can go to your dashboard and click the errors notification
- click that option
You will see a list of errors you need to fix
- Click on the button to fix the error
Update the relevant errors in the application
You need to go through the entire application once you have made the changes and resubmit the DBS application to your employer
- Click submit application
When your DBS has been submitted successfully you will receive an email and this notification will appear in your dashboard. There is nothing else you need to do from this point. Your employer will be notified immediately.
