My digital form has been rejected, what should I do?

Summary

 

llama.id has simplified the process of digital forms. Human errors happen all the time, so if you make a mistake, instead of the organisation requesting another document for you to sign, they can provide feedback for you to update. 

This what you need to do if your digital form gets rejected:

  1. You will receive an email and dashboard notification stating your form has been rejected
  2. Log into llama.id
  3. Go to 'checks requested'
  4. Click on the organisation
  5. Go to the digital forms tile and click on the form in question (status pending)

  1. You will see feedback at the top of the form
  2. Update the relevant feedback in the form 
  3. Click submit once you have update the form
  4. Your employer will be notified immediately to review the changes to your form
