llama.id has simplified the process of digital forms. Human errors happen all the time so if you make a mistake, instead of the organisation requesting another document for you to sign, they can provide feedback for you to update.
This what you need to do if your contract gets rejected:
- You will receive an email and dashboard notification stating your contract has been rejected
- Log into llama.id
- Go to 'checks requested'
- Click on the organisation
- Go to the digital forms tile and click on the contract
- You will see feedback at the top of the form
- Update the relevant feedback in the contract
- Click submit once you have update the contract
- Your employer will be notified immediately to review the changes to your contract
