How do I sign and download my digital contract from my employer?

Summary

llama.id has integrated contract signing capabilities for employers and employees. Within llama.id you can sign your contract, and wait for the employer to countersign. You are instantly notified of the contract being completed, and you have the ability to download a PDF copy.

Your digital contract will always be stored in your profile, so it is always available to review at any point.

How to sign my contract?

When you have been requested to sign a contract you need to follow the next steps. Our system will inform you of the relevant fields you need to complete to ensure there are no errors.

Log into llama.id
Go to 'checks requested'
Click on the relevant organisation
Go to digital forms
Click on the relevant contract
You will be presented with the digital contract
Complete the relevant fields
Sign the contract with your mouse (finger if on mobile)
Submit the contract

This will then update to submitted
When the organisation has signed and approved the contract you will be notified of it being completed
You can then see the status as completed
Click into the contract to see the fully completed contract

At this point you can see the download PDF option on the top of the page. By clicking this it will download a PDF copy of the contract to your device. The contract will always be stored in your profile to review at any point.
