How can I reject an employee contract or digital form if they have made a mistake?

How to reject a contract?

You will get a notification when the employee has signed their contract
You can click on the notification to view the contract

You can review the contract
If you find a mistake you can reject the document with feedback
Scroll back to the top of the contract
enter the feedback into the form and click reject
this will update the status to rejected

The employee will be sent a notification and email to review the contract
they can log back into llama.id and update the contract and resubmit
