Why can't I untick a digital form in the invite candidate process?

We have many safeguards in llama.id to stop user error. If you have already requested a form and it is completed, you cannot untick that form. This ensures as an organisation you are taking version control seriously.

A form that you cannot untick means that this has been already requested and completed by you and the employee. If you want to add a new form then you need to add a new version to llama.id. 

This will allow you to request a similar form to be completed, but will store another version of the document to ensure you are compliant if you are ever audited.
