You can still use your E-number/DBS tracking number to track additional statuses in the DBS service.

Your E-number is presented to you at status 14 and this can be used to register for the Update Service. You will be emailed your E-number and you can also find it in your llama profile.
- Log into llama.id at https://app-2.llama.id/
- Go to 'my checks'
- Click on the relevant employer
- Scroll to the bottom of the checks page to view the status
What else happens when my DBS is completed?
Your organisation we receive the results of your DBS check instantly. Your organisations can log into llama.id to view the digital results of your DBS certificate.
Your DBS will be posted to your current address that you entered in your DBS application. This takes around 5 days on average. Please be aware llama.id has no control or involvement in the postal process of DBS applications. Any questions or re-issuing of DBS applications need to be resolved with the DBS directly.
