If an employee has lost the secure link, how do I resend it?

Summary

When you send an invite, employees are sent an email and sometimes text message (phone number optional) with the secure link to create an account with llama.id and connect to your organisation securely. They can then start completing all the relevant checks you have requested. 

Sometimes text messages and emails can be lost amongst other things, so llama.id gives you the option to resend the email or text message to the employee.

 

How to resend an invite link?

  • Search for the employee in the search bar
  • Their invite record will appear with the option to resent invite

  • Click the resend invite option
  • You will now be presented with the following screen

  • You can view the previous email and phone number used
  • You can update these to another email address and phone number
  • If you enter the information you can then resend
  • You will be informed the new invite has been sent
  • Click resend invite and the employee will receive an email and/or text message to create a secure account with llama.id and start the checks.
