What if the candidate's DBS certificate is not valid for working in our organisation?

Every organisation has their own policies for DBS certificate approvals. If the certificate uploaded does not meet your compliance criteria, then all you need to do is click "push to new FADV app". 

This will then send a notification and email to the individual to complete a new DBS application. 

There is nothing else you need to do as an organisation. The individual will be able to access the DBS application form automatically in llama.id.
