If you want to change your email address or name of your llama.id profile then you just need to follow this simple guidance.
- Log into llama.id
- Go to the side menu (top right menu icon on mobile)
- Click settings
- You will see your name and email address here
Update my name
- Enter your name changes into the relevant fields
- Click 'Update'
- This will update your profile
- All employers will be updated instantly
Update my contact email address
- Enter your current email address (for security purposes)
- Enter your new email address
- Re-enter your new email address to confirm its accurate
- All employers will be updated instantly
- Click 'update'
- Your new email will be updated across all our systems
- All employers will be updated instantly
